The attachment of sack truck and trolley wheels is a very easy concept. Many customers seem to find it a scary process upon initial purchase of their new wheels. The only tool you'll really need or require for the job is a pair of simple pliers. The application of your new wheels will start by using a pair of pliers to straighten the existing split pins (the long pin which runs through the axle and sits in front of the washer). Once the pin is closed, it should now be ready to be pulled out. Try and get a good grip upon the head of the pin with your pliers and pull out directly out. Once removed, the washer should now slide off with relative ease. The wheel is now ready to be removed. Now, slightly lift the side of the trolley that your working on. Grab the trolley with one hand and remove the wheel with the other hand. You can now either replace the removed wheel straight away by using the 'remove and replace method' or you can remove the other side too before any repla
